Higher Calling Coaching & Consulting was born from a very simple desire:
to walk alongside people who feel a stirring they can’t ignore, and who need experienced, grounded guidance to help them take the next right step.
Some people arrive here because they sense a quiet pull inside towards something more aligned, even if they can’t fully name it yet. Others arrive because they’ve spent years being capable, dependable, and high-functioning, and feel called toward a new season that requires deep discernment, courage, and aligned support.

I support humans in transition and those standing on the edge of one. Personal, professional, spiritual, relational seasons where life is shifting beneath you, clarity feels just out of reach, and the next chapter hasn’t fully revealed itself yet. These moments are tender and consequential, and they deserve wise counsel rather than pressure or performance. This work exists to help you realign, shed what no longer serves, and step more fully toward your higher calling, with clarity, honesty, and care. Not by forcing answers, but by listening deeply and moving forward with intention. You don’t need certainty to begin. You need the next right step, and steady guidance as you take it. This work takes shape through two deeply connected paths:

Life Guidance and Coaching & Collaborative Consulting

Both are rooted in discernment, lived experience, and a deep respect for the complexity of becoming.

HI, I AM CAITLIN.

The Founder of Higher Calling Coaching & Consulting and I am so happy you found me. I would like to share a bit about the path that brought me to this work...

For over fifteen years, I worked at the highest levels of artist management, as a day-to-day manager, senior department head, and partner, building a life inside the music industry alongside one of the best teams in the business. I guided artists and leaders through moments that shaped their careers and their lives, learning how to stay steady when the stakes were high and how to sit with people at the most consequential points of decision. I toured the world, solved the impossible on a daily basis, met many of my heroes, and found myself in rooms I had never imagined entering. The experiences were rich. The pace was relentless. The lifestyle was undeniably intoxicating. And I loved showing up for our artists in a way that truly mattered. That work asked me to wear many hats at once, strategist, confidant, protector, problem-solver, therapist, executor, negotiator, crisis manager, advocate, and steady presence, often all in the same day. In doing so, it held up a mirror. It showed me who I was, what I was capable of, and what still needed healing in me. It gave me real credibility as a coach

and guide. But credibility is not what brought me here.

OBEDIENCE DID.

On paper, I was living a life I had once prayed for: a successful career in the music industry, a jet-setting rhythm, a marriage within the business, and a life deeply intertwined with the artists I served. It was full, meaningful, and hard-won. And yet, deep in my soul, I knew I was misaligned. Most days, I felt like I was standing in the desert without water, surviving, but not sustained. There was no space in my life to think, to hear, or to discern. And then God stepped in. Not gently, but clearly. What I experienced was a reckoning. A holy interruption. A moment that made it impossible to keep moving forward the same way. I came to understand that I could not leave the desert without first making room in my life to hear and receive.

I had always known there was a significant calling on my life — an Esther calling, to be exact. Esther was not asked to lead loudly or visibly, but with quiet resolve and silent courage, stepping forward at great personal risk when the moment required it. Recognizing that same invitation in my own life was the clearest indicator that it was time to step into my HIGHER CALLING.

What I didn’t yet understand was that answering that call would require laying down nearly every foundational pillar of my life, in less than one hundred days.

AND THEN THE SHEDDING, OR SHALL I SAY RECKONING, BEGAN.

I parted ways with my largest client, a longtime, beloved human, due to circumstances entirely outside of my control. It was a deeply painful situation to navigate, both public and destabilizing, one that demanded discernment, integrity, and grace in the face of something profoundly unjust and unresolved.

I released a marriage to a wonderful man. A marriage that looked right on paper, but lacked the intimacy that actually sustains a life.

I sold the home that had been my safe haven.

My dog of nineteen years — my constant companion — died.

And just when I thought the reckoning was over, I felt deeply led to step away from my sixteen-year career, a career I had given everything to, and from the team that had become my family.  God then led me to a different state, away from my family and friends, so I could finally be still. And I began building a new identity from the ground up.

Most people experience one major transition at a time. I experienced them all at once, and with an unexplainable peace I had never known before. A steadiness that did not come from certainty, but from surrender.  For the first time in my life, I had room to listen. And in the space between who I had been and who I was becoming, I realized something quietly profound: everything I had learned holding others through their highest points of decision had been preparing me for my own season of release and becoming.

While my career sharpened these skills professionally, my education in this work began much earlier. I have been studying humans, their behavior, their defenses, their resilience, and their capacity for change, my entire life. An unconventional upbringing first taught me to develop these tools out of survival and self-protection; over time, they matured into discernment, wisdom, and intentional practice.

I believe one of my truest gifts is the ability to see humans for who they deeply are, and to meet them there. I feel most alive when I can then walk with them, steadily and nurturingly, helping them create enough space to take the next right step. Because when people are given room, not rushed, not pressured, they can begin to move toward the life and HIGHER CALLING that has been waiting for them all along.

Thanks for allowing me to share my story.

This space offers two paths

twopaths

Life Guidance & Coaching

This is my most personal, heart centered work.

I offer spiritually grounded life guidance that integrates trauma-informed coaching for humans navigating transition, or sensing that one is near. These are seasons when we are stepping into a truer, more honest version of ourselves and facing moments when growth is being asked of us before the path is fully clear.

These seasons may begin with a quiet knowing that you are becoming someone new and that who you’ve been is no longer the whole story. They may unfold through navigating a complicated relationship, rebuilding after loss, questioning the foundations of your life, or being pulled toward an entirely new chapter or leadership. In moments like these, we need more than strategies and action plans. We need stillness, space, perspective & wise counsel.

This work blends guidance and coaching in a way that is trauma-informed, steady, and deeply human. Together, we slow things down enough for you to hear yourself again or perhaps for the first time and to reconnect with your inner wisdom, name what matters most, and gently release what no longer serves.

Transformation here doesn’t come from force. It comes from honesty, steadiness, and the willingness to become.

Collaborative Consulting

This is how I stay connected to the entertainment industry and continue supporting the artists, leaders, and organizations I care deeply about.

With over fifteen years of experience as a high-level manager and creative leader in the music and entertainment industry, I bring strategic insight, operational clarity, and calm leadership to complex, high-pressure environments.

I work with artists, managers, labels, nonprofits, and creative entrepreneurs who need someone who can hold the big picture while also managing the details that make or break a project. My consulting work includes high level career, brand & creative strategy, live event execution, nonprofit and organizational consulting, project management, and leadership support during seasons of growth or transition.

The entertainment industry is demanding and fast-paced, but it’s also where some of the most passionate, creative, and resilient people I know are building meaningful work. I didn’t want to fully walk away from that world. Instead, I continue to offer my experience, discernment, and steady support to those navigating its complexities with intention. This work is for artists and leaders who want more than advice and who value discerning guidance, a fresh lens, and insight shaped by real industry experience.

Consulting is project-based and customized, whether you need short-term support or ongoing strategic guidance.

50K Consulting

A high level manager and partner, and I've seen what it takes to build sustainable careers in music and creative fields. I work with artists, managers, labels, and creative teams who need strategic clarity and high-level guidance. Whether you're navigating a pivotal career moment, building out your team, or planning long-range strategy, I consult from 50,000 feet up, helping you see the big picture, identify what's missing, and advise on the structure needed to support your goals. This includes strategic counsel on artist development, career strategy, brand positioning, team building, day-to-day operations, crisis management, and long-range planning. I'm not here to manage your artist, I'm here to help you lead with clarity and confidence.

Brand Development & Creative Strategy

Your brand is more than a logo or a color palette. It's the story you're telling, the way you show up, and the experience people have when they encounter your work. I advise artists, leaders, and organizations on developing cohesive, authentic brands that reflect who they are and where they're going. This includes strategic guidance on overall brand identity, positioning, and messaging, as well as advising on the practical elements that bring it to life: one-sheets, pitch decks, social media strategy, website development, visual identity, and more. Whether you're starting from scratch or refining what's already in motion, I'll help you think through what your brand needs to feel true and work hard, then guide you toward the right people and resources to execute it.

Live Experience Strategy

I've planned and executed large-scale events, award shows, artist-hosted cruises, creative gatherings, artist showcases, and intimate experiences that required meticulous coordination and a steady hand. I consult on event strategy, creative direction, branding, logistics, vendor selection, timelines, and execution plans, advising you through the process so your event runs smoothly and feels significant. Whether you need help thinking through the big picture, developing the creative vision and brand experience, or troubleshooting the details, I'm here to provide strategic support and guidance from concept to completion.

Nonprofit Consulting

I've had the privilege of working with some incredible nonprofits over the years. Organizations doing meaningful, mission-driven work, often with limited resources and lean teams. I know how to advise nonprofits on building strategically, growing sustainably, and operating with clarity. My consulting includes strategic planning, brand development guidance, board development and recruitment strategy, organizational structure, leadership support, and navigating growth or transition. Whether you're launching, scaling, or stabilizing, I'll help you think through the foundation you need to do your best work and connect you with the right resources to bring it to life.

Project Leadership

From tour planning and album rollouts to creative campaigns and multi-phase projects, I've managed complex, high-stakes work that required coordination across teams, timelines, and moving parts. I consult on project strategy, structure, timelines, and team coordination, advising you on how to hold the vision, manage the details, and keep everyone aligned and moving forward. If you need strategic guidance to keep a complex project on track, I'll help you see what's needed and build the plan to get it done well.

Organizational Consulting & Team Development

Teams are everything—and they're also where things can fall apart if the foundation isn't strong. I advise organizations, creative teams, and leadership groups on building healthier, more effective teams through leadership development strategy, team building guidance, transition management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence frameworks. I use tools like the Enneagram, experiential exercises, and facilitated dialogue to help teams understand themselves and each other better. Whether you're navigating change, rebuilding trust, or simply want to strengthen how your team works together, I'll provide the strategic counsel and framework you need to create the culture and clarity that helps you thrive.

Guiding a human through major life transitions is deeply personal work. It is about creating space for clarity, transformation, and becoming who you are meant to be. I work with individuals who are navigating transition, reevaluating their lives, stepping into leadership, sensing a call toward something deeper and are ready to find their higher calling. This work supports the whole person -- personal, relational, spiritual, and professional -- with care given to the areas of life that matter most. I offer thoughtfully curated intensives, allowing for longer and more in-depth reflection and growth, as well as 1:1 coaching.

Consulting is how I stay connected to the entertainment industry and continue supporting the artists, leaders, and organizations I care deeply about. In a world built on urgency, the ability to pause, discern clearly, and choose the next right step becomes a strategic advantage. This work holds a 50,000-foot view while staying close enough to the details to protect the integrity of the project, nurture the humans in the room, and guide decisions with intention as what comes next takes shape. This depth was earned over more than fifteen years spent in the trenches building, grinding, touring, guiding, and protecting artists, teams, and organizations at the highest levels, in rooms where real decisions carried real weight.
